To take advantage of favorable travel package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours require a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is under 15, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by Metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.

Prices for extra tours may change depending on local demand or the season. Prices during purchase for extra tours from guides will be valid.

When categories are specified without naming, and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the departure.

In our programs, the guide will be present when arriving at the destination. The package includes only the panoramic city tour and return transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany guests during extra tours.

Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation and refund requests for extra tours depend on the local supplier’s final decision.

During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used beyond the specified distances. In such cases, your agency will provide information 2 days before the tour date.

The panoramic city tours included in the package are designed for a general introduction and will not include museum or site entrance fees, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.

The panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted if local authorities close places of interest, if any events cause road closures along the route, or due to weather conditions; in such cases, your agency will not be held responsible. Some tours may be conducted on public transport or on foot if roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted.

In our tour programs, the guide’s reception occurs at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they were accommodated in, before the time provided by the guide.

Hotels included in the program are subject to availability during high season or special periods; hence, similar hotels may be provided.

To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, it is recommended not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn-out currency is not accepted by banks at destinations, thus reservations for extra tours cannot be made with currencies that banks will not accept.

GENERAL TERMS

Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport was issued more than 10 years ago are required to renew their passport; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country or may be unable to travel due to the airline carrier. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and AcenteOURS bears no responsibility.

To prevent any issues with customs at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, moist, or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed, and if the country requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must also be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment will be the guest's responsibility.

AcenteOURS serves as an intermediary between the passenger and consulate. The consulate has the right to deny visas at its discretion. AcenteOURS bears no responsibility in cases of visa denial. AcenteOURS acts only as an intermediary. In personal visa applications, AcenteOURS holds no responsibility.

The documents required for passengers who will submit their visa applications themselves (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to obtain under normal conditions. Passengers are advised to arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly, considering this timeframe. AcenteOURS bears no responsibility for any potential inconveniences in this regard.

Cancellation of the reservation by the guest or not participating in or being unable to participate in the relevant tour does not result in a refund of the visa fee and service charge. If a guest obtains their visa through AcenteOURS, and this service is stated as an additional service in the tour agreement, if AcenteOURS cancels the tour due to inadequate participation or for any other reason, the guest can claim a refund of the amount except for the fees paid to consulates and similar administrative charges, provided they present proof that the visa has not been used within 1 week of its expiry. However, if a guest obtains their visa independently or through another firm, no refund will be made in the case of cancellation.

There may be changes to the routes depending upon the arriving city. Flight types and times may also change, in which case the terms of the contract have been communicated, and THE PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Triple rooms cannot guarantee three separate beds, and hotels block such rooms based on availability and conditions.

Child discounts are only applicable for children accompanying two adults.

Breakfasts offered at hotels are continental, not Turkish. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

During the reservation, the names listed on the traveling passport, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets will be issued based on these details. Charges for cancellations or changes due to erroneous information will be borne by the guest.

Guests must have a travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they purchased the insurance through AcenteOURS. They must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry the travel insurance may incur fines from local police. If a fine is incurred due to the absence of insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, it may occur that having visited one country prevents acquiring a visa for another or entry through the border. In such cases, since this is out of AcenteOURS's control, the parties acknowledge that AcenteOURS is not responsible.

In the interest of group economy and time efficiency, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route should agree to wait at a nearby facility until the group concludes the tour. After the tour ends, the vehicle will return to pick them up, and the trip will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be conducted on different days, provided the contents remain unchanged; AcenteOURS undertakes to provide the most suitable alternative options to valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 participants. These tours may not be conducted or prices may change if sufficient participation is not reached.

Tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted, and AcenteOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.

The flight locations in our programs are group locations, and the departure-return is arranged once as a single ticket. If the departing flight is missed or unused, the return flight may be canceled automatically. In such cases, the rules of the airline operator apply.

All changes to flight schedules potentially made last minute and gate changes are displayed at airports on information panels/screens. Such information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, it will be required for the guest to cover the cost of a new ticket by themselves (including when necessary, a round-trip ticket as governed by the previous note). The guest may partially or fully miss the first-day program due to missing the group’s departure; thus, responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if a different flight arrives in the city/country, the transfer from the area to the city or hotel will be the guest's responsibility.

Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles may only do so after their tickets are issued, and only when availability exists in the relevant flight of the airline. Since tickets in our programs are group class, guests must cover the fee indicated by the airline for upgrading to the economy class, should availability permits at the time of upgrade. In such cases, the price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days prior to the tour’s departure.

Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must provide a consent letter from their father, and those traveling with their father must provide a consent letter from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. AcenteOURS cannot be held responsible if a flight does not proceed due to the absence of a consent letter.
