Meeting at Pegasus Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal at 17:30. We are completing our check-in processes. After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Doha at 20:55 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 614.
2nd Day DohaArrival at local time 01:00. After passport procedures, transfer to our hotel with the vehicle waiting at the airport. Overnight stay at the hotel. After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we start our panoramic Doha city tour.
We will witness the magnificent skyline of the city, the perfect harmony of modern buildings and traditional architecture. We will start our tour from the 7-kilometer-long Corniche road. After seeing the iconic structures of the city such as the futuristic Doha Tower, the visually stunning Doha old port, and the Museum of Islamic Art, we will explore the meticulously designed Katara Cultural Village together. We will capture breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf from the picturesque Doha Corniche, discovering the beauty of Pearl Island, an artificial island project adorned with luxurious residences and a plethora of dining and shopping options. After Pearl Island, we will proceed to Lusail Marina, which features the must-see building of Doha's skyline in a crescent shape, where we will immortalize these special moments with our photos. After our tour, we will return to our hotel.
In the evening, guests who wish can participate in the extra scheduled DHOW CRUISE TOUR WITH DINNER. Overnight stay at the hotel.

We explore Doha at sunset with traditional Dhow boats. After having tea, coffee, and date offerings here, we proceed to a Lebanese restaurant where we will have our dinner buffet. After dinner, we will transfer back to our hotel by our buses.
3rd Day Doha
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra scheduled ‘QATAR CULTURE TOUR AND ILLUSION MUSEUM and EVENING DINNER DOHA DESERT SAFARI Tour’. Overnight stay at the hotel.

The Education City established by the family of the Emir of Qatar houses the Qatar National Library and Minaret Mosque. After our visits here, we move on to the Qatar National Museum. The Qatar National Museum, with its extraordinary architecture, presents the history of Qatar up to the present day like a time tunnel. After this unforgettable experience, we transition to the Doha Illusion Museum. Here we will see how much we can trust our senses and perceptions. We will explore this deceptive world of illusions together.
EXTRA TOUR: EVENING DINNER DOHA DESERT SAFARI TOUR Per person: 130 EURO
You can have unforgettable moments in the desert with 4x4 vehicles, and enjoy the sunset. After an exciting ride on the red sands, we will go to the area where the desert meets the sea, enjoy a breathtaking sunset, and then we will have our dinner and arrive at the Bedouin camp located in the desert, where you can ride camels for an additional fee. The tour includes one complimentary drink (soft drink, tea, or coffee) per person. After dinner, our tour will end, and we will return to the hotel with our private 4x4 vehicles.
4th Day Doha
After breakfast, free time and check-out from the rooms. ***The latest check-out and key delivery time in hotels is 12:00.*** Guests who wish can participate in the extra scheduled tour of LUSAIL STADIUM, KATARA TOWERS, LUSAIL MARINA, SALE VENDOME MALL SHOPPING. We will head to the airport at the time determined by the tour leader.

Our first stop is at Katara Towers in the newly established Lusail city. We will take our first photo break in front of these iconic towers and Lusail Marina. We will visit the Lusail Stadium, where the FIFA final match took place from the outside. We will do some shopping at Vendome Mall and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
Pegasus Airlines flight PC 615 departs at 02:05 from Doha to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Arrival in Istanbul at 06:45 and end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
● To benefit from advantageous travel package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15 people, the prices of the tours may change, or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
● Prices for extra tours may change depending on local density or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
● In programs where names are not specified and only category information is provided or when there are optional choices for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
● In our programs, the guide must welcome you at the destination, and the package includes guiding service only for the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
● Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes for extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation or refund status for the extra tour that is requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, your agency will inform you 2 days before the tour date.
● The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as a general introduction to the cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours that do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
● For panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program, in cases of closure of the places to be visited by local authorities, road closures due to any event, or adverse weather conditions that make the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are blocked or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
● In our tour programs, the guide's meeting takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time specified by the guide.
● Hotels listed in the program are subject to availability, and availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
● To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, it is recommended that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
● Our package tours involve traveling abroad, so it is the guests’ responsibility to have knowledge of foreign languages.

GENERAL TERMS
● Guests traveling with T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may be canceled by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency shall not bear any responsibility.
● To avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, those passports should be renewed, and if T.C. citizens require a visa for the destination, the corresponding visa must be in the new passport. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any issues preventing them from traveling are the responsibility of the guests.
● The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if they deem it necessary; the agency bears no responsibility for passengers not obtaining a visa. The agency only acts as an intermediary. The agency has no penalties or responsibilities regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
● It normally takes 1 business day to prepare necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) for our guests who will apply for their own visas. Guests should take this time into account while scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, the agency is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
● If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charges will not be refunded. If the guest received their visa and the visa service through the agency and it was mentioned as an additional service in the travel contract, if the agency cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the amounts paid for the visa to the consulates except for the visa fees and similar fees after presenting proof that they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently or through another visa brokerage company, and the agency cancels the tour, no refunds will be provided.
● Routes may change based on the city where the flight lands. It is possible for flight type and timing to change; this situation was communicated at the time of the contract, and the passenger has accepted the RISK OF TIME CHANGES by purchasing the tour.
● Guests must be at the airport where their flight will depart at least 3 hours before the departure. Domestic passengers must obtain their tickets based on their flight time. The agency is not responsible for any issues or losses arising from the passenger's failure to make the flight.
● Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided, and rooms are blocked by the hotel based on availability accordingly.
● Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
● The breakfast served at the hotels is continental and not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● When making a reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number shown on the travel passport. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information fall on the guest.
● Guests must have a travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether obtained through the agency or independently, and have the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have travel insurance may be fined by the police of the destination country. The responsibility for any fines incurred for not having insurance lies with the guests.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, past entries-exits to some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for other countries or entry through border posts; in such cases, the agency bears no responsibilities as these are beyond its control.
● To ensure that the trip benefits the group in terms of economy and duration, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route agree to wait at a nearby facility until the trip is over. Our bus will pick up these guests at the end of the trip, and our tour will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is obligated to offer the best alternative to our valuable guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
● Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities cannot be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
● The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed or unused, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.
● Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the passenger must purchase a new ticket (if necessary, according to the previous item, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, if the group’s departure is missed, the itinerary for the first day may be partially or completely missed, whereupon the responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the responsibility for transfers from the airport to the city, or from the airport to the hotel lies with the passenger.
● Guests wishing to upgrade flight tickets using their miles can only do so if availability exists on the corresponding airline after the tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, prior to upgrading to an economy class ticket, any price difference specified by the airline must be paid. This price difference will be the responsibility of the guests. Group tickets in our programs are generally issued a few days before the tour departs.
● To be able to use mobile phones abroad, guests must check with their GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether their line is enabled for international calls.
● During the travel period, when departing from the means of transportation used and from the hotels, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings.
● The agency reserves the right to change the order of cities and/or the airline without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or as deemed necessary.
● The agency reserves the right to change the names of hotels while maintaining their categories.
● The agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Children under 18 traveling with their mother must have consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must have consent from their mother. If traveling with a third person, consent from both parents is required. The agency cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out the flight due to lack of consent.
● General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
