1st Day: May 19 Istanbul-Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman-Ras Al Khaimah
At 01:30 we meet at the Freebird Airlines counter at the Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal, and then we complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai on Freebird Airlines flight FH9006 at 04:30. Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport at local time 10:00, we head to Sharjah, the third largest emirate. After our arrival, we will visit places such as the King Faisal Mosque, Sharjah Castle, Al Arsah Souk, and the Museum of Islamic Civilization. After free time at the Central Souk, we will set off for Ajman, the smallest emirate among the emirates. After visiting the Ajman Museum, the coastline, and the unique nature park, we will transfer to our hotels and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
2nd Day: May 20 Ras Al Khaimah
After breakfast, there will be free time. Our guests can join the "Musandam-Oman Day Cruise with Lunch" tour if they wish. Overnight at our hotel.

In the morning, we will depart from our hotel by vehicle and after approximately 30 minutes of travel, we will pass through passport control to enter the small town of Khasab in the "Musandam" region of Oman, reaching Khasab harbor after a 15-minute distance. With our private yacht waiting for us, we will enjoy a sea break by the mountains along the Omani coastline, followed by a meal on board before returning to Khasab harbor. We will then embark on a delightful journey back to our hotel.
3rd Day: May 21 Ras Al Khaimah – Dubai
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and head to Dubai. Upon arrival, we will embark on the "Dubai City Tour: Oasis in the Middle of the Desert." We will initially proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most magnificent avenue, to see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping centers, and the Medinat Souk from a panoramic viewpoint. Next, we will continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we will stop for photos to view the world-famous seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. The tour continues with Dubai Marina, which has a 7 km long walk and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, after a brief free time, we will transfer to our hotels. For those who wish, there will be an optional "Dinner Dhow Cruise & Souk Al Bahar Burj Khalifa and Fountain Show" tour in the evening.

For our guests looking to add enjoyment and romance to their Dubai evenings, we start our unforgettable experience with an evening dinner cruise on a traditional Dhow boat in the enchanting atmosphere of Dubai Marina. While cruising along the Marina adorned with lights, we will enjoy our buffet dinner and watch the panoramic view of the skyscrapers and the world's tallest building Burj Khalifa. This unique view spectacularly reflects Dubai's modern face under the night lights. After dinner, we will head to Souk Al Bahar, one of the city's most elegant shopping spots located in the majestic shadow of Burj Khalifa. Taking a stroll through this chic bazaar, where the traditional essence of Arab culture merges with modern luxury, we will give our guests some free time for souvenir shopping. Then, we will witness the most enchanting moment of the evening, the Fountain Show. Known as the world's largest water display, this visual spectacle offers a magnificent atmosphere, accompanied by music, lights, and dancing waters against the backdrop of Burj Khalifa. After the show, our guests can enjoy free time at cafes and restaurants in Dubai Mall and its surroundings. After the tour, return to the hotel.
4th Day: May 22 Dubai
After breakfast, there will be free time. Our guests can participate in the optional Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour and the Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

For a captivating Dubai day where colors and history intertwine, we start our tour with a visit to the Dubai Miracle Garden, known as the world's largest natural flower garden. In this giant garden of 72,000 square meters, we take a magical stroll among colorful figures, heart tunnels, flower castles, and full-size structures created by millions of flowers. While walking among the uniquely designed arrangements in different concepts, you can take plenty of photos in this one-of-a-kind atmosphere where nature meets art. Afterwards, we embark on a nostalgic journey into Dubai’s past visiting the Al Bastakiya neighborhood. Boasting narrow streets, stone houses, traditional courtyards, and small art galleries, this area is the heart of old Dubai. One of the most iconic experiences associated with Dubai: a desert safari in the red sands! We will pick you up in our private 4x4 vehicles from your hotels and head towards the desert. During the adrenaline-filled dune bashing, you will experience thrilling moments among the golden waves of the desert and capture stunning photos while witnessing the mesmerizing sunset. After the safari ride, we will arrive at a traditional Bedouin camp set in the heart of the desert. 5th Day: May 23 Dubai- Abu Dhabi
After breakfast, there will be free time. Our guests can participate in the optional "Abu Dhabi Tour with Lunch." Overnight at our hotel.

As we depart from Dubai, we will pass through the largest man-made port, Jebel Ali. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world, allowing up to 41,000 people to worship simultaneously. With its magnificent architecture and rich ornamentation, you will have the opportunity to capture unforgettable photos. As we tour the capital of the seven emirates, Abu Dhabi, you will witness how this capital, once a small fishing village, has transformed into such a modern city in recent history. We will see its wide avenues and skyscrapers as we explore the ultra-modern Arabian city, including the Al Bateen area and the promenade. We will have a photo stop at the Emirates Palace, followed by a visit to the Heritage Village, which provides an authentic snapshot of the city's past, showcasing the lives, traditions, and mud-brick houses of the Arabs. Lunch will be a buffet. Following lunch, we continue our tour, getting a panoramic view of the Louvre Museum located on Saadiyat Island and then moving to Yas Island, known as an entertainment hub and hosting the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races. Here, you can take photos and shop at the gift shop of the world's first Ferrari-themed amusement park. After the tour, we return to the hotel.
6th Day: May 24 Dubai
After breakfast, there will be free time. Our guests can participate in the optional "Sky View, The View At The Palm Tour" and "Outlet Mall & Global Village Tour." Overnight at our hotel.

Our tour begins at The View at The Palm observation deck located on Palm Jumeirah, the world's largest artificial island. At a height of 240 meters; we will enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view showcasing the palm’s perfect architecture, the azure Arabian Gulf, the shores adorned with luxurious yachts, and the dazzling skyline of Dubai. Every frame becomes a postcard and every video transforms into a memorable social media moment. A breathtaking experience awaits you, where you will feel the magnificence of Dubai from above. Next, we head to Downtown Dubai, known as the heart, energy, and showcase of the city. We’ll ascend to Sky Views, located on the 52nd floor of the prestigious Address Hotel, affiliated with the royal group. Walking on the glass walkway while looking at the view below you, the cityscape will quicken your heartbeats as you experience Dubai from a bird's eye view. You will create unforgettable memories observing the city lights, the splendor surrounding Burj Khalifa, and the pinnacle of modern architecture. Afterward, we will give our guests free time for dining and relaxation.

Dubai Outlet Mall, located away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, is the best place to find great discounts. You can find over 1,200 quality international brands at 240 stores offering discounts ranging from 30% to 90%. You can be sure you’ll find excellent deals, both in design products and street stores, at outlets such as Baldinini and Atasay. We then move to the Global Village, which boasts all countries of the world and has transformed that area into a fairground since its launch in 1997 with a series of retail kiosks. This open-air destination has rapidly grown into a must-see staple of Dubai's winter calendar. Whether you're here for amusement rides, food, cultural night entertainment, or authentic shopping, there is something for everyone at Global Village. With over 90 cultures represented in 30 flashy pavilions, 3,500 shopping spots, 250 dining venues, and more than 40,000 shows, there are plenty of attractions and rides. After our free time here, we will return to the hotel.
7th Day: May 25 Dubai – Istanbul
After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and gather at the designated time specified by your tour leader to proceed to the airport. After flight tickets and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Southwind Airlines flight FH9007 at 10:30. We arrive in Istanbul at 14:00.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During visits to the mosque in Abu Dhabi tours, please be mindful of the following: Men should not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf must be provided for visits to the mosque. Lunch is included in our tour.
- Important notes for the Desert Safari tour: Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and drink too much water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests must inform their guide about their condition.
- To benefit from advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation falls below 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change based on regional density or periods. The prices valid during the purchase from the guide will apply to extra tours.
- Due to VB processing in our program or when only category information is provided without a name mentioned and/or there are options for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
- In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination to welcome guests; the included guiding service only covers the panoramic city tour and return transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying at before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to the extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation or refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the specified kilometers. In this case, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour movement.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of cities and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- BTB Tours is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of these tours due to the closing of places to be visited, roads along the route being inaccessible due to events, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot, depending on the circumstances.
- Our guide will welcome guests at the airport where they arrive, and for return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception at the time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are subject to availability, which may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and no guarantees are given for hotel names.
- To avoid being affected by currency exchange differences, guests are advised not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destination. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old style currency that banks will not accept.
- Since extra tour purchases are processed in USD in the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity is applied equally.
- Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, it is the responsibility of the guests to know the foreign language.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and conditions present below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. The guests are considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passport was issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country or their flights may not be performed by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot bear any responsibility.
- Due to torn, worn, wet or similarly damaged passports, to avoid problems with customs at the border crossing of the destination country, these passports must be renewed, and if the destination requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. In case of non-compliance, it is the guest's responsibility.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny a visa in cases it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only takes on the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS does not have any liabilities.
- When BTB TOURS makes a visa application as an intermediary, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the passenger. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typographical errors on the visa that may obstruct travel.
- Passengers applying for their own visa should anticipate that obtaining the necessary documents (hotel confirmations, flight tickets, etc.) typically takes 1 business day. Guests should plan their appointment dates and times considering this duration to avoid possible disruptions.
- In case the guest cancels their reservation and/or not participates in the tour, no refund of the visa fee and service charge will be made. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's visa department and this service was indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount after submitting their unused visa within a week after the visa's expiration date, excluding the fees paid to the consulates. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary firm and BTB TOURS cancels the tour for any reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Changes in routes may occur depending on the city to which the plane will land. Changes in the type and time of the flight may occur, and hotels may vary in availability during high season or special periods, which may lead to another similar hotel being provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Additional bed application exists in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms, and if suitable rooms exist in the hotel for this, the hotel will reserve them based on availability.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
- The breakfast provided at hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. A continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- When making a reservation/registering, it is necessary to provide and enter the names, surnames, date of birth, and passport number of the travelers as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for cancellations or changes in flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the passenger.
- Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour and ends one day after the tour, regardless if they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and this insurance policy must be carried with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may face fines from local authorities in the destination country. In case of fines due to lack of insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to inter-country diplomatic relations, entering and exiting some countries might require a visa due to previous visits to one or more countries, which may result in inability to obtain a visa or to cross the border. This situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, and in such cases, BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
- In order to gain economic benefits from group tours and to optimize time, guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route agree to wait in a nearby facility until the tour concludes. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick them up and our journey will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are conducted to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may take place on different days provided the content remains unchanged or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such circumstances, BTB TOURS is obliged to provide the best available alternative to our esteemed guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
- Tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or entered will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the failure to conduct these tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and gidiş-dönüş tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight may also be automatically cancelled. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In such cases or due to personal reasons, if the flight is missed, the passenger must obtain their new ticket (if required, as per the previous clause, for outbound and return flights) at their own expense. Additionally, if the group is missed, they may partially or completely miss the initial day's program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer shall be the passenger's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets are issued if there is availability for the relevant flight with the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, the requested tickets can be upgraded to the economy class subject to availability and by paying the difference specified by the airline. The passenger is responsible for any price difference that may arise. Group tickets in our programs are issued several days before the tour departure.
- In order to use your cell phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure that your line is open for international calls.
- During your journey, when getting on and off transportation and leaving hotels, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the program's order and/or the airlines to be flown in case of force majeure or circumstances it deems necessary, while preserving the content of the program.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 may only apply for a visa and travel with their parents (mother, father, or both grandparents together). BTB TOURS cannot be held liable if the flight does not take place due to the family's failure to apply together at the counter or if they are not allowed into the country.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
